I will design a custom training plan catered to your desired goals, whether that’s weight loss, sport specific, or body building. I have dabbled in all aspects of training in the weight room and have the tools to get you there. (includes diet tips and lifestyle changes)

Basketball Training
Work one-on-one with me or in a group. I will assess your current skillset, take you goals into consideration, and implement a training regiment that will transform you into the player you want to be. (must be within the Madison for in person training). Training will be outdoors in the summer months.
